As explained in more detail in my
Home page letter to you, New Jersey lawyers
can't become Certified Civil Trial Attorneys
until they have proven themselves worthy
of that designation in the eyes of the New
Jersey Supreme Court, a goal achieved by
less than three (3%) percent of all lawyers
presently licensed to practice law in this
State.
On the pages that follow, you may
see some of the reasons why I've had the
honor and privilege of counting myself among
this select group of New Jersey trial lawyers
for the last eighteen (18) years. But
first, some words of caution -
While reviewing my results (or those
of any other lawyers), please bear in mind,
as also explained in more detail in my Home
page letter to you, that short summaries
of substantial cases are not always indicative
of the quality of the outcome, and that the
results in your case will depend upon your
particular facts and legal circumstances.
That said, here is a short chronology,
in no particular order, of some cases with
satisfied clients over the last twenty years,
all amounts in actual case value:
A $450,000 Union County Settlement
for a disabled construction worker whose
neck sustained severe injuries requiring
high risk surgeries after he was sideswiped
by an auto that had run a red light in Linden
New Jersey;
An $850,000 Essex County settlement
for a college female who fell from a dangerous
backyard recreational device known as a zip
line and sustained multiple fractures requiring
surgically implanted hardware;
