Every initial consultation with me is free, prompt, personal and confidential, no matter the time or topic. There is no fee until you sign a written retainer agreement authorizing me to start working for you.
If you are someone who needs help resolving a business dispute, I typically charge an hourly rate and require a reasonable retainer, but I can't quote you my fee until you tell me your problem, because each case comes with its own set of challenges, and calls for its own set of solutions.
However, if you'll take a few moments to visit the "Business Disputes" section of this web site, you'll get a good feel for my philosophy when it comes to fees in a business dispute case.
Now, if you are someone claiming personal injury or the wrongful death of a loved one due to an auto accident, medical malpractice, defective product, hazardous condition or some other circumstance arising from another's negligence, then making the most of your claim may very well require spending some money to gather evidence and go to Court, if necessary, but there is absolutely no fee for my legal services unless I succeed in recovering money for you.
